Starting Tuesday, HBO crews will be in downtown Albany to begin shooting a five-part series on Watergate.
"The White House Plumbers" stars Woody Harrelson and tells the story of the people involved in the scandal the led to President Richard Nixon resigning. Due to filming, road closures and parking restrictions are going to be in effect Tuesday and Wednesday on several streets including Washington Avenue, Broadway and State Street. Police will be stationed in those areas to ensure traffic runs smoothly.
