The Assembly Judiciary Committee will be issuing subpoenas as their impeachment investigation into Governor Cuomo continues.

Panel members agreed Wednesday to subpoena people who may not be willing to provide testimony or requested documents. They also didn't rule out the possibility Governor Cuomo could be called to testify. The governor is accused of sexually harassing multiple women, claims that he has repeatedly denied. The committee also wants to look into how his administration handled nursing home residents in the early days of the COVID-19 crisis.
