A conference to determine if a plea deal will be accepted in the Schoharie limo crash case has is expected to take place Wednesday.
Discussions between the judge, prosecutors and attorney for Nauman Hussain were supposed to happen last week but they were pushed back. Hussain was the operator of Prestige Limousine and is accused of not ensuring the vehicle involved in the October 2018 tragedy was safe before the accident that killed 20 people. He's currently expected to go on trial this year.
