Saratoga County deputies say the death of a Ballston Spa man at Saratoga Lake is being treated as a criminal investigation.
Officials are currently waiting on autopsy and forensics results after 20-year-old Ian Gerber was killed in a boating accident Sunday. Everyone who was involved in the incident has already been identified and interviewed but no one has been arrested. Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Sheriff's Department.
