A Gloversville man is in serious trouble with the law after being accused of raping a woman he met through a dating app.
Saratoga County deputies say 26-year-old Francisco Bianco sexually assaulted the victim at her home in Halfmoon on June 29th. Bianco also allegedly choked the woman and stopped her from calling 911 by throwing her phone. After being arraigned, Bianco was sent to the Saratoga County Jail.
