No Plea Reached In Schoharie Limo Case

Vigil Held For Victims Of Limo Crash Over Weekend That Killed 20 People From Town Of Amsterdam, NY

Still no plea deal in the Schoharie limo crash case. Lawyers for Nauman Hussain met privately with the DA yesterday, but no agreement was reached. The limo crash killed 20 people in 2018. Prosecutors say Hussain allowed the vehicle to be used even after the state DOT determined it to be dangerous and ordered it off the road just months before the crash. Hussain is facing several years in prison on charges of criminally negligent homicide and manslaughter. Another meeting between the defense and the DA is scheduled for July 21st.
