The seven week old Glens Falls baby who was beaten by his father, died yesterday. Police say on July 4th, 19 year old Tyler Zaugg struck the baby in the head and torso, causing brain damage and broken ribs. The baby had been getting medical treatment at Albany Med. Zaugg had already been charged with three counts of assault and endangering the welfare of a child. More charges are now expected.
