The City of Troy is hiring a construction manager to oversee a multi-million-dollar project.
The Chazen Companies was selected to handle utilities work for One Monument Square. The hiring is expected to be made official at a special meeting on Thursday. The site was formerly the location of City Hall, but it has been vacant since 2011.
