Albany police say a double shooting that happened over the weekend has now turned into a homicide investigation.
On Sunday, 19-year-old Jordan Latimer and a 22-year-old man were shot in the area of Catherine Street and Elizabeth Street. Both men went to Albany Med where Latimer later died and the other victim remains in critical condition.
