Colonie police say they've made a third arrest in connection with a deadly shooting back in May.
According to investigators, 45-year-old Kenneth Spencer was involved in the murder of 21-year-old Xiaa Price outside of the Motel Six on Curry Road. Spencer was taken into custody in North Carolina Wednesday and is awaiting extradition back to Albany County. Police have also arrested 22-year-old Desirique Johnson and 23-year-old Paul A L Streeks for their roles in the homicide.
