Governor Cuomo is speaking out for the first time since his announcement that he's resigning from office. In an interview with New York Magazine, Cuomo maintained his innocence and insisted he would win if the assembly held an impeachment probe. He also said he would have made the state legislature and state government look like 'a ship of fools'. Cuomo was accused of sexually harassing eleven women.

On Friday the Assembly announced they would not proceed with an impeachment inquiry, a decision that has been met with criticism from both democrats and republicans.
