A historic day for New Yorkers. That's what Attorney General Letitia James is calling today, as Kathy Hochul becomes New York State's first female governor. James offered her congratulations to New York's 57th governor, calling it an incredible accomplishment and wishing her well in the role. James says she looks forward to working with Hochul and her entire incoming administration.
