Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's final hours in office are coming under criticism.

He granted clemency to six additional convicted criminals Monday night, including the driver in a 1981 armored truck robbery that left a guard and two police officers dead. Seventy-six-year-old David Gilbert was serving life in prison and will now receive a parole hearing. Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro took to Twitter, calling it "another act of betrayal by a corrupt governor."
