Albany County deputies are investigating a tragic accident that took the life of a Coeymans man.
Sheriff Craig Apple says first responders arrived at a home in the town Thursday and found the man trapped underneath a vehicle. Officials say it appears the man ended up stuck under the vehicle after the jack he used to prop it up failed. The man, whose name hasn't been released, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are still waiting for autopsy results to see if they reveal any more information about what happened.
