Schenectady Man Faces Murder Charges in Death of Pittstown Man

A 24-year-old Schenectady man is arraigned on 1st degree murder charges in the June death of a 19-year-old man from Pittstown.

Rensselaer County D.A. Mary Pat Donnelly says a first degree murder charge against Carlos Lewis carries a life sentence without the possibility of parole. Lewis, one of three people charged in connection with the death of Nathaniel Miller of Pittstown. The other two men charged with murder in the case are 19-year-old Devin Van Patten, and 21-year-old Kyle Hutchinson, both from Schenectady.
