Whatever the season, the Capital Region has a lot of offer to people looking to take a stroll, a walk, or a more intensive hike. The Capital Region is also rich in history. A local couple, Russell Dunn and Barbara Delaney took their love of hiking and combined it with their curiosity about the places they were visiting and began a book series that features our natural wonders and the backstories that are the fabric of our communities.
