State Police say they'll be increasing patrols tonight to ensure the roads are safe for kids and families trick or treating. Drivers can expect DWI checkpoints, they'll also be on the lookout for those on their phones or using any other kind of electronic devices behind the wheel. Last year troopers arrested 166 people for impaired driving during their Halloween initiative.
