A court appearance in Albany for former Governor Andrew Cuomo has been adjourned until January 7th.
Cuomo was initially set to appear in Albany City Court on November 17th on a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching.
Cuomo is accused of groping a former aide in the Executive Mansion. Cuomo resigned in August after a report was issued by State Attorney General Letitia James saying that Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women.
