Troy Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Sunday afternoon. Police arrived at the intersection of Hoosick and 9th Street at about 1:30. They found a man with a gunshot wound to his lower torso. He was taken to the hospital where he's being treated for non-life threatening injuries. An investigation is underway, but no arrests have been made yet.
