An arrest has been made in connection with a murder in Schenectady that happened more than a year ago.
Police say 34-year-old Warren Cusaac was involved in the July 2020 shooting death of 34-year-old Ieasha Merritt. Cusaac is accused of driving several people to the area of 880 Albany Street who were looking to shoot someone in a parking lot. Merritt ended up being struck in the head by the gunfire and died a few days later. Police say Merritt wasn't the intended target of the shooting and more arrests are expected to be made in the case.
