Former Shenendehowa High School star and World Series champion Ian Anderson will be serving as an honorary captain for the Albany FireWolves during their home opener.
Fans who attend the December 18th game will get the chance to take part in a meet and greet with Anderson so long as they purchase their tickets before noon on December 16th. The FireWolves, who are a member of the National Lacrosse League, are taking on the Rochester Knighthawks in their first game at the Times Union Center. Tickets can be purchased online or at the arena box office.
