Troy police have released the name of the woman who lost her life in a crash this past weekend.
Officials say 18-year-old Shania Waite was killed early Sunday when her vehicle crashed into the woods near the intersection of Mill Street and Campbell Avenue. A male passenger was able to get out of the car and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
