Montgomery County deputies are still looking into what caused a deadly crash in Root.
Investigators say 62-year-old Thomas May was driving on Route 5S last week when his vehicle was involved in a collision with another car. May was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the other vehicle was treated at the scene for minor injuries. Anyone who witnessed the accident can call the sheriff's office.
