Schenectady police say no charges are going to be filed in connection with a collision that killed a bicyclist.
Investigators say 59-year-old Elton Garvey was struck by a vehicle November 13th while he was riding near Veterans Park. Police say the driver involved in the accident left the scene but fully cooperated with the investigation. The driver told officers that they had no idea Garvey had been hit.
