State Police say they've arrested a Columbia County man on sexual assault and other charges.
Troopers started an investigation back in August after a sexual assault victim arrived at Columbia Memorial Hospital. It was later determined that 51-year-old Scott Folsmbee provided alcohol to the victim before performing a sexual act on the individual while they were incapacitated. Folmsbee has already been arraigned and released. He's scheduled to appear in court next month.
