According to Troopers, 72-year-old Susan Caulfield was traveling the wrong way in Rome on Sunday when her SUV hit a car driven by 55-year-old Kelly Larrivey head-on. A passenger in Larrivey's vehicle, 88-year-old Marjorie Larrivey, died after being rushed to a nearby hospital. No other serious injuries were reported.
