Two people have been taken into custody following a police chase that ended with a crash in Albany.
State Police were pursuing a vehicle moments before it collided with another car near the Exit 3B off-ramp from Interstate 787 Tuesday. Two people were brought to the hospital following the collision, but no information has been released on how badly they were hurt. Troopers also haven't said what triggered the chase.
