A record crowd is expected to gather in Cohoes this weekend for the Mac-and-Cheese Bowl.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the event was canceled two years ago and was conducted in a takeout-only format last year. This year, it's taking place outdoors for the first time ever and vendors will be lined up on Remsen Street to offer folks a variety of mac-and cheese samples. The event benefits the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York and runs Saturday from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. Tickets are available at regionalfoodbank.net.
