Former Troy City Council president Rodney Wiltshire is expected to make an appearance in court Monday.
The 47-year-old was arrested Saturday following a domestic incident at home on Brunswick Road in the city. Police say he choked someone during the dispute but didn't reveal how badly the alleged victim was hurt. In addition to serving on the CityCouncil, Wiltshire also ran for mayor twice but lost both races.
