Organizers of the New York State Fourth of July celebration in Albany have announced the musical act that will headline this year's event.
Starship featuring Mickey Thomas will be the featured band for the annual holiday gathering that'll take place July 4th at the Empire State Plaza from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm. In addition to live music, there will be food, drinks, and of course a big fireworks display to cap off the evening. Each year since 1976, the Office of General Services has teamed up with Price Chopper/Market 32 to put on this event.
