The pain at the pump keeps getting worse for Capital Region drivers as prices once again soar to a new record high.
According to Triple A, the average cost for a gallon of regular fuel is now $4.74. That's up $0.26 in the past week, is $0.59 more than last month and is $1.73 higher than one year ago. The state average is now $4.76 a gallon while nationally it's $4.48.
