A 36-year-old man flees an Albany County Courthouse on Friday before guilty verdicts are announced for the an April 2020 incident where shots were fired into a house.
Michael Green was found guilty of firing multiple rounds from a handgun at a home at 119 Loudon Road in Colonie. The building was occupied by several people, including children between the ages of two and six-years-old .
Green faces 25 years in State Prison when sentenced for attempted second degree murder. Prior to the verdict being read Green, fled the courthouse. A bench warrant has been issued.
