New York Governor Kathy Hochul says she's the Democratic nominee for Governor.
The incumbent, who moved into the office following Andrew Cuomo's resignation last year, beat back challenges from U-S Representative Tom Suozzi and Jumaane Williams. With a win this November, Hochul would become the first woman to be elected the governor of New York. On Twitter, Hochul said she is deeply honored to receive the nomination.
