University at Albany police are looking into a report of a robbery and kidnapping.
A couple told officers they had pulled their vehicle over on the uptown campus Monday due to a flat tire when they were approached by two men. The men then demanded the couple hand over their valuables before taking a young child from the vehicle and leaving the scene. The suspects eventually left the child on the side of a road then drove away and the couple is refusing to cooperate with investigators. Anyone with information is asked to call 518-442-3131.
