More charges have been filed in connection with a deadly crash in Lake George earlier this year.
A Warren County grand jury has indicted Anthony Futia on two new counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. Back in June, Futia was allegedly under the influence while he was riding a motorcycle when he struck and killed 38-year-old James Persons and eight-year-old Quinton Delgadillo while they were on a bike path. At the time of the tragedy, Futia was not legally allowed to operate a vehicle or motorcycle.
