State Police have released new information about a plane crash that happened in Fulton County.
Troopers say the single-engine aircraft had just taken off in the area of the Northampton Campground Sunday when a gust of wind caused it to end up in the Great Sacandaga Lake and flip over. One person onboard the plane suffered a non-life-threatening injury but the pilot and another passenger weren't hurt. The Federal Aviation Administration is continuing its own investigation into the accident.
