USPS Hosts Job Fair in Albany for Carrier Positions

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is hosting a job fair today (May 1) at the Albany General Mail Facility on Karner Road, Albany. The event will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and is part of a series of job fairs in the Capital Region. USPS is looking to fill positions for City Carrier Assistants and Rural Carrier Associates, with starting wages of $19.33 and $20.38 per hour, respectively.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have availability on weekends and holidays, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Applications can be completed online through the USPS website. According to NEWS10 ABC, USPS aims to fill immediate openings as part of its ongoing efforts to deliver reliable service across America.
