Troy Police Seek Public's Help in Solving Shooting

Troy police are asking for the public's assistance in solving a shooting that occurred on Sunday (May 4) near Seventh Avenue and Glen Avenue in Troy, New York. Officers responded to the scene and found a male victim with a gunshot wound to the upper arm. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, but his condition has not been disclosed.

According to NEWS10 ABC, the suspect fled the scene before police arrived. Authorities are maintaining a presence in the area as they continue their investigation. The Troy Police Department urges anyone with information about the incident to call (518) 270-4411 or submit a tip through their website.

The shooting has prompted a call for witnesses to come forward, as police work to gather more details about the circumstances surrounding the incident. CBS6 Albany reports that both the Troy Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene.
