The Belmont Stakes Racing Festival is in full swing in Saratoga Springs, offering a variety of activities and events through Sunday (June 8). The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is providing free trolley service to help attendees get around easily. The service, sponsored by the New York Racing Association (NYRA) and the Saratoga Casino Hotel, operates from noon to 10 p.m. daily, making stops at key locations such as hotels and attractions along Broadway and Nelson Avenue near the Saratoga Race Course. For the full schedule, visit CDTA's website.

In addition to the trolley service, CDTA encourages the use of its bike share program, CDPHP Cycle! From Wednesday (June 4) to Sunday (June 8), users can enjoy 30 minutes of free riding with the code "25BELMONT." Both pedal and electric bikes are available, providing a convenient and healthy way to explore the area.

The festival features five days of high-stakes horse racing, with over $11 million in prize money up for grabs. The highlight is the 157th running of the Grade 1, $2 million Belmont Stakes, scheduled for Saturday (June 7) at 7:04 p.m. Eastern Time. Attendees can also enjoy concerts, fundraisers, and a variety of free samples and drink specials throughout the event. For more details on the festival, visit NYRA's event guide.
