Baseball legend Daryl Strawberry is set to visit Clifton Park this Sunday (June 8). The former New York Mets and New York Yankees star will speak at Northway Church during the 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. services. Strawberry, a four-time World Series champion, will share stories about his baseball career and personal transformation through faith.
Strawberry played for the Mets from 1983 to 1990, hitting 252 home runs, a franchise record that still stands today. He also achieved 733 RBIs and 191 stolen bases during his time with the team.
