The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) is set to hold its final public meeting on the Troy Menands Bridge study tonight (June 10) at the Menands School gym on Wards Lane. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public.

The Troy Menands Bridge, which carries State Route 378 over the Hudson River, is in need of replacement. This bridge plays a crucial role in connecting the communities of Menands, Troy, and Colonie. During the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to view a formal presentation about the bridge study and ask any questions they may have regarding the project.

This meeting marks the culmination of the study process, providing residents and stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of the proposed plans and the impact on local transportation. The DOT aims to address any concerns and gather feedback from the community before moving forward with the bridge replacement project.
