Catherine Benincasa, a 32-year-old woman from Manchester, New Hampshire, is scheduled to appear in Warrensburg Town Court today (June 18) following her arrest on charges related to an altercation at a "No Kings" rally in Warrensburg. The incident occurred on Saturday (June 14) during a nationwide protest opposing President Donald Trump and his administration.

According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Benincasa allegedly bit and struck Kade Hamblin, a man wearing a Trump-supporting hat, with a piece of wooden molding. The altercation took place around 5:19 p.m. as Hamblin was on his way to a grocery store. He reported that Benincasa became aggressive upon seeing his hat.

Hamblin, who showed bite marks on his arm to local media, sought medical attention at an urgent care facility following the incident. Benincasa faces charges of second-degree menacing, third-degree assault, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. She was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released on her own recognizance.

The "No Kings" rally was part of a series of events coinciding with President Trump's military parade in Washington, D.C., celebrating the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army. The parade also marked Trump's birthday and Flag Day.
