Schenectady residents are being reminded of a road closure on Clinton Street today (July 22). The street, located between State Street and Franklin Street, will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. due to work by National Grid crews. They are replacing the gas main on Clinton Street after the project faced delays because of unforeseen circumstances.

During this closure, motorists will need to use Barrett Street as a detour. The closure is necessary to ensure the safety and efficiency of the gas main replacement work. Residents and commuters are advised to plan their routes accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
