Two men have been arrested following a shooting incident in Berne that left a woman injured. Albany County deputies responded to a call on Sunday (August 10) and found the victim with a gunshot wound to her arm. The shooting reportedly occurred near State Route 85 and County Route Six in Rensselaerville, where shots were fired from a vehicle as the woman was driving.
The suspects, identified as Lane Stannard and Joel Keeny, have been taken into custody. They are facing multiple charges, including attempted murder. The authorities have not released further details about the motive behind the shooting or the relationship between the suspects and the victim.
