Two parents from Corinth, Matthew and Samantha Dylewski, are back in custody following charges related to the death of their three-year-old daughter, Joycelynn. The couple, aged 33 and 32 respectively, violated an order of protection that required them to stay away from their other children. Joycelynn had experienced breathing difficulties in February and subsequently died at Saratoga Hospital.
The Dylewskis were initially charged with negligent homicide due to the unsanitary living conditions in which their daughter was found. They were arrested for a third time in Glens Falls, as reported by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. The couple was arraigned and is currently held in the Saratoga County Jail.
Their next court appearance is scheduled for August 12, according to the Corinth Town Court. The case has drawn attention to the conditions that led to Joycelynn's tragic death and the legal proceedings against her parents.
