In Troy, ongoing milling and paving projects are part of the city's yearly infrastructure improvement plan. Crews are currently working on Burden Avenue, following initial work on Spring Avenue and Pinewoods Avenue. These projects aim to enhance road conditions and improve accessibility for residents.

According to Troy's official announcements, these improvements are essential for maintaining the city's infrastructure. Residents traveling in these areas should expect temporary traffic disruptions as the work progresses.

In addition to the current projects, Mayor Carmella Mantello recently announced the reopening of Campbell Avenue, a major corridor in Troy, after significant infrastructural upgrades. Although Campbell Avenue is open, some work continues, including sidewalk and curb improvements.

These projects are not just about resurfacing roads but also about enhancing safety and accessibility. New sidewalks, granite curbing, and ADA-compliant ramps are being installed to improve pedestrian access. The city encourages residents to remain cautious and attentive while driving through construction zones.
