Residents in Albany, New York, and the surrounding Capital Region are being urged to prepare for a storm that is expected to impact the area today (Thursday, October 30). According to NEWS10 ABC, clouds have already moved in, and rain showers are anticipated to begin in the morning, intensifying later in the day. The National Weather Service forecasts that the region could receive more than an inch of rain, with some areas possibly experiencing up to three inches by Friday morning.
