Man Charged with Murder After Fatal Wilton Walmart Incident

In Wilton, Timothy Besaw faces murder charges after allegedly driving into two Walmart employees in a store parking lot on October 16. Prosecutors claim Besaw intentionally struck Michael Bushey Senior and another worker following a theft from the store. Bushey, aged 69, passed away on Monday, November 3, at Albany Medical Center due to injuries sustained in the incident. The second victim survived the attack.

Initially charged with assault, Besaw is now held in the Saratoga County Jail as the investigation continues. According to New York State Police, the case remains open, and further charges may be considered following Bushey's death.
