One person sustained serious injuries in a crash that occurred in Troy, New York, on 5th Avenue between 115th and 114th Streets. According to the Troy Police Department, the incident began as a minor collision between two vehicles. Shortly after, a third vehicle collided with the initial crash scene, exacerbating the situation.
