The largest Saratoga County Restaurant Week on record is officially underway today, Wednesday (February 25), with more than 50 local businesses throwing open their doors with special prix-fixe menus through Thursday (March 5).

The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event, which features $15-per-person breakfast and lunch menus and $35-per-person dinner menus at participating restaurants spread across the county. Diners looking to stretch their dining dollars will have ten days to take advantage of the deals.

Reservations are expected to fill up quickly. According to Saratoga.com, it is highly recommended that diners call their favorite spots ahead of time to secure a table before the week fills up.

On top of the discounted menus, participants can also enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win up to $1,000 in gift cards from some of the participating restaurants. Those interested in entering can find details through the Chamber's website.
